Abstract authors fall into four categories:
If you wish to submit your abstract, you will need to select, on the designated page, the topic that best corresponds to your scientific work.
Further details will be provided by the Secretariat closer to the Congress date.
To submit an abstract, the following fields will be required:
Abstracts must be structured into the following sections:
Illustrative material cannot be included in the text body.
The abstract may contain a maximum of 3,500 characters, including spaces.
The criteria for abstract selection include overall quality, relevance to the themes/topics, and the scientific value of the content. Abstracts containing non-original data or explicitly commercial information will not be accepted.
Through the online system, each submitter will receive an email confirming successful submission.
If this confirmation is not received, it is the authors’ responsibility to promptly contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively online, using the designated form, no later than 15th june 2026.

PC-based data projection will be available in all rooms. All slides must be prepared exclusively in English and saved in PowerPoint format. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive 1 hour before your speach.
A Speaker Ready Room will be available for presenters to preview their slides and familiarize themselves with the audiovisual equipment.
Posters will be in digital format and uploaded to the totems available at the Congress venue.
