Abstract Author

Abstract authors fall into four categories:

  1. First Author: The person who submits the abstract and serves as the main contact for all correspondence from Venice Arrhythmias 2026. The First Author may be different from the Presenting Author.
  2. Presenting Author: The individual who will present the abstract. Please ensure that the corresponding author keeps the Presenter informed of all communication from the Organizing Secretariat.
  3. Co-Authors: All additional contributors listed in the abstract’s author line.
  4. Affiliations: A brief affiliation must be provided for each author or group of authors, including Department, Institution, City, and Country. Please do not include author names or affiliations within the .doc file you are required to upload.

Abstract Topics

If you wish to submit your abstract, you will need to select, on the designated page, the topic that best corresponds to your scientific work.

Further details will be provided by the Secretariat closer to the Congress date.

Abstract text

To submit an abstract, the following fields will be required:

  • Title (255 characters including spaces)
  • Topic
  • First name, last name, email, address, affiliation, and phone number of the submitter (the person designated to submit the scientific work)
  • First name, last name, email, and affiliation of the first author and any co-authors

Abstracts must be structured into the following sections:

  • INTRODUCTION → context, objectives, and relevance of the study
  • METHODS → approach, procedures, and steps followed and used during the study
  • RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS → observations and data presented in a logical sequence; significant findings and outcomes

Illustrative material cannot be included in the text body.
The abstract may contain a maximum of 3,500 characters, including spaces.

Abstract Submission Rules and Guidelines

The criteria for abstract selection include overall quality, relevance to the themes/topics, and the scientific value of the content. Abstracts containing non-original data or explicitly commercial information will not be accepted.
Through the online system, each submitter will receive an email confirming successful submission.
If this confirmation is not received, it is the authors’ responsibility to promptly contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively online, using the designated form, no later than 15th june 2026.

Slides – Oral Communication

PC-based data projection will be available in all rooms. All slides must be prepared exclusively in English and saved in PowerPoint format. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive 1 hour before your speach.

A Speaker Ready Room will be available for presenters to preview their slides and familiarize themselves with the audiovisual equipment.

E-Poster

Posters will be in digital format and uploaded to the totems available at the Congress venue.
