    50 yo female prior athlete with recurrent syncope and on one occasion fell out of a kayak. She had a normal heart but scar on MRI in the inferior wall. She got a life vest

    An 18-year-old NCAA Level 1 College freshman volleyball player is referred for multiple prolonged collapse events that started within the last several months but occur multiple times per week. Witnesses say she collapses abruptly, even while sitting on the bench or during practice and is unresponsive for 5 to 10 minutes without shaking. She has no past history of similar problems
